Smile

Every time a get a package at my door I smile. When a package comes from a certain photo printing company they always include a blow pop which makes me smile even more. Which is kinda weird because I don't eat them just through them in the secret candy dish for a rainy day. Maybe now I will put them in future packages I send out....which is just about never.

Easter Morning - The Easter Buddy was very good to the boys this year, they wanted Mario Cart Wii and the bunny delivered.

We went to Grandma Close for brunch and an Easter Egg Hunt. The kids have a great time with their cousins. After we eat we headed to the park to play and hunt. After a ton of practice Emma finally was into the hunt.

Preston informed me that this was the LAST year that he was wearing a baby shirt. After 10 minutes of arguing with him. I thought I was going to have to bribe him, the starting bid was $10. I did give in and told him he could wear his beloved jean shorts.

She loved the teeter tauter, papa even played along.

Another 5 Dozen

Really who wants to only dye a few eggs? So for 7 bucks why not do a Costco 5 dozen flat? Although this year I think we only eat maybe a dozen, the rest finally went in the trash tonight. We made egg salad and had one sandwich. But all in all we had a great time dying the heck out of them. Harrison ALWAYS puts all his eggs in one basket, thats just how he rolls.

Emma didn't help dye them but instead sat with us and enjoyed eating one.

Preston is growing up so fast, I don't realize it until I look at photos. My sweet baby is turning in to a little man. How do we make it stop?

Harrison didn't believe in the little wire spoons so he used his hands. I made him sit in the bathtub for hours that night soaking his hands. It even dripped down to his elbows.

Preston is starting to take his "holidays" very seriously. On April 1st he told me on his was to school "Its April Fools Day you better get planning." I guess I could have done a little better, next year I will be more prepared. For now its mashed potato cupcakes. Which I think looks pretty darn good.

Easter Egg Hunt Practice

Our Ward had an Easter Egg Hunt Play Group. It was a fun afternoon and a practice run for Emma, she wasn't into the eggs so much but loved the cupcake. Harrison just enjoys being with his friends on a sunny afternoon. thanks for a great afternoon!

Photo Class 101

I look a photo class with one of my favorite photographers and I loved it. I actually learned how to use the camera the right way after only....SEVEN YEARS. I still need to do part II, Emma came with me because it was a one on one class and she was are subject.

She didn't want to sit on the grass so she cried. I love that you can see the apple jack in the middle of her mouth.

Winter Wonderland and 3 Feet of Fresh Snow

We love to play in the snow! We love to visit the snow! We LOVE living in SUNNY California.

The boys went sledding and the girls stayed home and took a nap by the fire!

Emma is an outside kinda girl. She loves to be outside even if its only 25 degrees. We shoveled a lot of snow, well Rich and Jeremy shoveled a lot of snow.
