The question of the hour. As the weeks seems to get busier and busier I wonder what I do it all for? Why do I spend hours in the classroom during spring break, drive them to 2 gym, soccer and golf practices, spend an evening at the park, plan a trip to pick over priced strawberries just to have it canceled because of rain, make 3 batches of homemade rolled sugar cookies to decorate and a vat of frosting to go with, boil 5 dozen eggs to dye, host movie night with friends, plan a birthday party, go to a birthday party, lets not forget craft Thursday which I have nothing for and have to go to Michaels to restock and then round the week off with a trip to Disneyland. Did I mention I do all this while caring for an adorable infant and work part time at a job I love! Seriously this is what my Monday through Fridays look like. Its not just this week its every week.....I actually do better staying busy.
Do the boys appreciate what I do for them? Will they remember all that I do and teach them? Will they do the same for their kids? Do they realize that I do so much for them and stay up until way to late cleaning up the day and preparing for the next because I love them?
This is what I hope for them
KNOW I love to watch them play and laugh,
gain skills and passions for hobbies,
socialize and get along with all types of kids and authority figures,
know the importance of friendships
KNOW that I have a love of serving others,
learn to work hard
KNOW that I love our Savior and the gospel
but most of all is that I Love them with everything I have!

yes- i'm pretty sure they will remember :) if nothing else you are a good role model to mom's just starting out :)
And don't forget picking up last minute cupcakes.
You are amazing and Allison is right - a good example to those "just starting out"
They will rememmber and know without a doubt how much you love them.
