Counting our Blessings

This year at Thanksgiving I most most thankful for my family and the relationship they have with my children. I love to watch my grandparents play with my kids. How special is it that they have the opportunity to see each other all the time and hopefully remember them with as much love and appreciation that I do for them. My grandparents were such a HUGE part of my life. We ALWAYS lived close to them and saw them on the regular basis. When I say close they currently live across the street from my parents and have for more than 20 years! They have taught me so many things how to love, have faith, dedication, how to be thrifty, charitable, service and true to yourself. On Thanksgiving my grandpa told me "Dana these kids wont remember us. You make sure you tell them they were the world to us".

I see my grandparent in my kids eyes everyday! I will tell them about my wonderful grandparents and teach them all that they have taught me.

We love you!!

You made me tear up a little on that one. Give them a big hug from me. I know you know how special it is to still have them around.
